For this video i chose to image the Seagull nebula (IC 2177), and i had to take a lot more of exposures to get to an image i'm almost satisfied with, but i'l 2015-01-19 · The Seagull nebula is part of the Canis Majoris OB1 association and Canis Majoris R1 reflection nebula complex at a distance of 3750 light-years (1150 parsecs).
